Opened in summer of 2018, Floyd County Indiana's Kevin Hammersmith Memorial Park showcases many products available from the L. Thorn Company. Knobstone Buff Antique stone was used on the Floyd County Parks & Recreation maintenance building, pavilion, New Albany Little League's Baptist Health Fields sign and the KFC Amphitheater. Our splitface 8" block in Sahara color and 8" vertical score block in Graphite is showcased throughout the park, including the maintenance building, amphitheater, dugouts and concession stand. Cornerstone100, an 8" x 18" splitface retaining wall block was also used around the park.
